The mission of the Riata Quarter Horse Association is to preserve, 
protect, and perpetuate the bloodlines of the Foundation Quarter 
Horse. It is the aim of the Registry to keep regulation simple and 
easy. Government will be kept to a minimum, fees will be reasonable. 
Keeping and preserving bloodlines is, and will continue to be our goal; 
not to overload with regulations and requirements.  Plans for the future 
include shows, sales, produce, and performance records. Quarter Horses 
are definitely a breed unlike any other. They symbolize power, beauty 
and versatility. They are the ride of a lifetime!
